Let's face it, our diets and our foods are not as nutritious as it once was or as it should be. Supplementation is the key to good health and NATURAL STACKS Sulforaphane Supplement provides much needed natural nutrients that are lacking in our food. Sulforaphane is found in all the cruciferous vegetables like kale, cauliflower, and broccoli. Combined with NAC this is a Super-Supplement!

Who doesn't need food for the brain. This supplement is supposed to supply that as it has vegetable extracts in it that affords it to perform properly.As always, ask your physician if it's ok to take these.
It's hard to tell exactly what effect these have had so far, but I do like the company and have had positive benefits from their other products. The odor of the capsules is distinct, perhaps because of the broccoli and kale in them, but this doesn't impact my taking them. The NAC in the capsule is also a great addition. So I do like the product and will continue to take it.
You get the best of both worlds with greens and brain support. I felt great during the days I took them. I believe these pills also help with better recall memory. I'm not saying to stop eating veggies but these pills could be a could substitute on days when you know you're not eating fruits or vegetables.
