Some big changes are coming to MYDFX and the way we run and operate our business — now delivering more value and savings to customers.  

All our Supplements and Health Foods will now ship direct from our warehouse in the USA, while our Personal Care items will stay put and continue shipping out of our Australian warehouse. We want to emphasise that this is not a drop shipping warehouse but one we own and operate, so we can guarantee the same great MYDFX quality control. 

With supplements now being shipped directly out of the USA, this will mean we are able to save on distribution costs and lower our prices to align more with market value. 

The brands that will be making the switch over to the States include: Healthy Origins, Desert Harvest & Natrol, soon to be followed by Chapter One, Junp, Natural Stacks, Now Foods, Mirica, Solgar, Sports Research, Zahler, and Trace Minerals. 

Why are supplements moving to the USA? 

With the pandemic affecting global supply chains, this has driven a surge in shipping costs — with Australia and New Zealand bearing the brunt of the tail. There is little relief yet to be seen now or in the near future as these high costs are thought to be seen as the new normal. This has made it more feasible to ship directly out of our USA warehouse to the consumer.  

Furthermore, strict TGA regulations require supplements to be shipped from overseas. This has given other big-name suppliers such as iHerb, Biovea, The Vitamin Shoppe, and Amazon US a competitive edge.

For MYDFX to remain competitive, we need to move with the changes of the current market. These new changes will allow us to lower our prices to closer reflect the competition and offer products that we were once unable to due to customs regulations and TGA approval. 

What does this mean for customers? 

This means better value and more affordable prices! 

The switch to our USA warehouse will allow customers to reap a lot of new benefits as we can lower our Supplements and Health Food prices and bring you only the freshest products. We can also now offer a broader selection of products and put forward more attractive promotions and deals.

Customers may not see a lot of change, but they will see a lot of new benefits. 

How will this affect shipping? 

Supplements and Health Foods will arrive at your selected address in Australia and New Zealand direct from our USA warehouse through AusPost and Fastway Couriers. Full parcel tracking will be available throughout transit.  

Freight times will be similar to how they were, with Standard Delivery expected in 4-10 business days. The only changes will be made to Express Delivery and CouriersPlease — with them no longer being an option at checkout. For all Personal Care products, Express Delivery will be automatically selected at checkout and arrive in 1-4 business days (may take longer for New Zealand).  

Free shipping will now be applied on all orders over $80, decreased from $100, to bring you even more savings. A standard shipping fee of $15 will be applied to all orders under $80, so when you buy more, you save more.

What if I purchase both supplements and personal care items in one transaction?  

When you purchase a supplement and a personal care product in the same transaction, both items will ship within 24 hours from their allocated warehouses.  

For example, if a customer were to purchase a NAC supplement and a Laser Hair Regrowth Device together, the NAC supplement will be dispatched from our warehouse in the USA while the Laser Device will be dispatched from our warehouse in Australia. Both items will transit separately to arrive at the customer’s address.
