The Vital Brain Chemical That Holds The Key To Motivation

Why do some people struggle in life while others seem born winners? Does it come down to good parenting? Lucky genetics? Or the power of positive thinking? Well, one group of scientists say it comes down to one key brain chemical. A brain chemical they found to be the #1 driver for chasing our goals in life and feeling rewarded when we do.

The Chemical Link Between Motivation and Reward

Scientists have discovered there’s a key brain chemical that drives us to chase our goals more than any other factor. And a new home based method is now available to help support the ‘success chemical’ at its peak.

Scientists at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón in Spain wanted to establish the role of a key chemical in the brain, ,

a chemical called ‘dopamine’. It’s long been known that dopamine helps us feel rewarded after we do enjoyable things, such as eating dark chocolate, watching movies, drinking wine, or making love.

These scientists however made the jaw dropping discovery that dopamine also motivates us to pursue reward. After reviewing two decades of research into dopamine the scientists were stunned to discover that a mounting weight of studies now show that dopamine is released before we pursue rewarding activities.

So it turns out it's dopamine that motivates us to take on challenges, pursue rewarding activities, and to chase our goals in life, and that having healthy dopamine levels can hold the key to success.

As lead scientist Mercè Correa concluded:

”It was believed that dopamine regulated pleasure and reward and that we release it when we obtain something that satisfies us... But in fact the latest scientific evidence shows that this neurotransmitter acts before that, it actually encourages us to act.”

How to Support the Success Chemical at Peak Levels

Professor Correa discovered if we want to feel motivated to work harder, to take on challenging tasks, and to be productive throughout the day, supporting peak dopamine holds the key. But what’s the best way of supporting peak dopamine?

One way is to eat foods that help our brains make dopamine like almonds, bananas, and oily fish. But with one banana containing only 0.011 grams of the key ingredient our brains need to make dopamine, you’d need to eat them by the bunch to feel much difference.

The good news is there’s now a quick, easy way of supporting peak dopamine to give us the motivation to chase after our goals in life. Whether it’s a promotion at work, a new exercise plan, or a new relationship, Natural Stacks Dopamine Brain Food™  is designed to support the body's natural production of dopamine to give you the necessary drive, tenacity, and enthusiasm to succeed through your day.
