Golden Hummus

The inspiration behind the Toned Collection is derived from the desert’s most enduring and powerful elements. We took the earthy vibes to the SR kitchen and the result was this delicious Golden Milk Hummus. Using SR® USDA Certified Organic Golden Milk, this recipe has everything you love about hummus but adds a little spice and antioxidant boost that’s perfect for a snack or appetizer. This creamy, smooth recipe is sure to leave you wanting more!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Tahini paste
  • 1 scoop SR® Organic Golden Milk
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • Salt, to taste

 

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth, you may need to pause once or twice to scrape the sides. 
  2. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with any toppings you like. We played with jalapeno, pine nuts, and even edible flowers!
  3. Enjoy!
