Healthy Origins - 甲基葉酸 800MCG（含 Quatrefolic）

I have used other methylfolate supplements before with some being better than others. I would rank this brand as the very best out of them. Seems to keep me feeling balanced and I even have been sleeping better.

Everyone on here is probably here because of the supposed health benefits from Methylated Folate. I wanted to try it out as my generic markers say I don’t process Folic Acid. However, after a few month of taking 1600mg daily I haven’t noticed much difference. I’ll keep it going for another 2 months to see if I have any improvement and update.

My doctor put me on a prescription product so I no longer use these.

Healthy origins methyl folate is great and so easy to swallow because it come in a smaller caps. I love this brand and will always buy. Wish they also have b12
