These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mydfx.com.au (the “Site”), including all content, functionality, and services offered through the Site, as well as your purchase and use of any products made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by MYDFX (“MYDFX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

You represent that you are at least 13 years old, and if under 18, you are using the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

You must not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
  • Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

2. Accounts and Registration

You agree to:

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
  • Delivery cannot be fulfilled

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Shopify, Stripe). We do not store full payment details.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Be authorised to use the payment method

Any billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction.

Unless otherwise stated:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to:

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Our Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, you may be entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for major failures
  • Repairs or replacements for non-major failures

8. Third-Party Brands and Products

We are an authorised reseller of third-party brands.

  • Trademarks remain the property of their respective owners
  • Manufacturer warranties are provided by the brand owner
  • We may assist with warranty claims where appropriate

9. Product Information and Health Disclaimer

We take reasonable care to ensure product information is accurate. However:

  • Product details may change over time
  • Packaging and ingredients may vary

This clause applies in addition to our rights under Section 3 (Orders and Acceptance).

  • You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise such claim is permanently barred.
  • Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site or products is to stop using the Site and products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold MYDFX harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

You remain liable for any outstanding obligations.

We are not responsible for disputes between users of the Site.
