These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mydfx.com.au (the “Site”), including all content, functionality, and services offered through the Site, as well as your purchase and use of any products made available through the Site.

The Site is operated by MYDFX (“MYDFX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you are using the Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation, or that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or connected systems. The use of automated systems such as bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited. You must not introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful material, nor attempt to interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site where we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms.

Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Site may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at sales@mydfx.com.au. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Circumstances in which we may decline or cancel an order include, but are not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified address.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice and apply only at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s integrated payment system, including Stripe and other approved third-party payment providers. MYDFX does not store or have access to your full credit card details. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

Shipping and Fulfilment

MYDFX fulfils orders globally. Depending on product category and stock availability, items may be dispatched from our warehouse facilities located in Pennsylvania, USA and/or Brisbane, Australia. Orders may be shipped in multiple consignments where products originate from different locations.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, customs processing for international shipments, and severe weather conditions. Additional customs duties or import charges may apply for international deliveries and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Our Refund & Returns Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”).

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Consumers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Third-Party Brands and Products

MYDFX is an authorised reseller of third-party brands. Unless otherwise stated, MYDFX does not manufacture the products sold on the Site. All product names, trademarks, logos, and brand materials displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

We supply genuine products sourced from authorised distributors and suppliers. Any manufacturer warranties are provided by the relevant brand owner. Where applicable, MYDFX will assist customers in facilitating warranty claims in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Product Information and Health Disclaimer

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, packaging, ingredients, and product details may change from time to time. Customers should always read product labels and instructions prior to use.

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using supplements or personal care products.
