If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Service team at sales@mydfx.com.au. We’ll guide you through the process.

For supplements, we’ll happily refund the cost of your first opened bottle. If you purchased multiple supplements, you may keep the first bottle on us and return any additional bottles for a refund.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns must be initiated within three weeks of approval from our Customer Service team and shipped back to our warehouse at your expense with a valid tracking number. MYDFX reserves the right to deny a return if we believe the guarantee is being misused.

 


 

Change of Mind:

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. If so, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Returns for change of mind are subject to approval, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 


 

Incorrect or Missing Item Received:

If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered or believe an item is missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@mydfx.com.au as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the items received, along with the packaging they arrived in. Once verified, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

 


 

Defective Goods:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at sales@mydfx.com.au. To help us process your claim quickly, include a photo of the affected product, the packaging it arrived in, the product’s LOT number (located on the base), and your order number. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement and, if necessary, provide a free return shipping label.
