Of the various magnesium compounded variations, this one has been helping me the most ever. A patient of mine swore by this formulation that she started using during her recent pregnancy. So, I thought it’s not so unreasonable to try a bottle.

I bought this every time I run off the supplements

I like the product. I’ve been using it for years. Lately more of the contents arrive broken up. Many into small pieces. Hard to get the dose you want each day. There is always a fine chalky powder at the bottom of the container, but again it seems like more is on the bottom. Really should be marked fragile handle with care.
