In the late 1800’s C.W. Bloomhall, a young boy who lived on a family farm, noticed that animals fed table scraps fermented with sour milk seemed to be healthier than animals fed simple grains alone.

HOW IS IT MADE?
Made in the USA, EpiCor® postbiotic starts with baker’s yeast — a safe, natural microorganism found throughout nature and used for thousands of years to make beer, wine, bread, and other food. EpiCor® postbiotic’s specialised process begins with the yeast being deprived of oxygen, which causes them to produce a unique metabolite fingerprint consisting of proteins, peptides, antioxidants, polyphenols, organic acids, nucleotides, polysaccharides (1-3 1-6, beta glucans), and mannans.
In the final production step the whole fermentation broth is gently dried to a powder. We use a proprietary and gentle drying process that makes the yeast no longer active and captures a complex array of metabolites created during fermentation. The dehydrated whole food fermentate is then milled to a fine powder and packaged within containers designed to protect it during storage and handling. The entire process is done under strict current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and processing guidelines to ensure a consistently high quality and safe material.
