DIY Relaxing Self-Massage Oil


An easy self-care step to add to a stress relief routine is a daily DIY massage. Complete your in-home self-massage experience with this relaxing massage oil 
recipe. Simply combine the moisturising ingredients with your favourite high-quality NOW® Essential Oils for a relaxing experience any time of day or night.


INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoon Jojoba Oil
2 tablespoon Sweet Almond Oil
4 drops Tamanu Oil
10 to 12 drops Lavender Oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Combine all the ingredients together and mix until uniform.
2. Carefully pour into a glass container and store in a cool, dark place until use.

 

TO USE

Shake well before each use. Pour a small amount of oil into your hands to warm and then gently massage into skin.

 

Caution: Essential oils are highly concentrated and should be used with care. Dilute essential oils as directed, do not exceed dilutions recommended for this recipe. Pure essential oils can be irritating to the skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if pregnant/nursing.
