1/2 c Coconut Oil, melted
2/3 c Cashew Butter, gooey
3 tbsp Sports Research Organic MCT C8
60 g Sports Research Matcha Collagen Peptides
2 tbsp Honey
Line or lightly spray a small baking dish.
In a bowl stir together melted coconut oil with gooey cashew butter until completely mixed in liquid form.
Stir in honey and MCT oil.
Mix in collagen using a fork until batter is thick.
Pour into prepared dish.
Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour before cutting.
