Whether you came here because you LOVE Ube or clicked on this post because you're wondering what the heck Ube is — you've come to the right place.
Ube is a purple yam (or sweet potato) originally from the Philippines. It has a slightly nutty, vanilla taste and has become an increasingly popular root veggie in recent years.
This creamy, sweet purple drink infuses so well with Sports Research Collagen — you'll want to reach for it all week long!

Why You’ll Love This Ube Collagen Coffee
- Collagen boost for hair, skin & joints – Sports Research® Collagen Peptides help support healthy skin, stronger nails, and joint flexibility.
- Antioxidant-rich Ube – The natural purple pigments (anthocyanins) in Ube fight oxidative stress and may support overall wellness.
- Steady energy – Espresso or dalgona coffee adds a smooth caffeine kick, while collagen and healthy fats from coconut milk help balance energy levels.
- Beautiful & indulgent – With its gorgeous purple hue and frothy coffee topping, this drink is just as Instagram-worthy as it is delicious.
