Suggested Use
As a supplement for athletic performance, we recommend taking between 2-4 capsules of Alpha-Ketoglutaric Acid (1000 – 1500 mg) about an hour before competing. As a daily supplement for longevity, we recommend taking two capsules per day (1000 mg). As AKG is water soluble it does not need to be taken with food for proper absorption. We do not recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day.
