Great for after workouts!

This soap is expensive, which is the reason for the 4/5 stars. But in terms of effectiveness, I would give it 5/5 stars. The bars smell clean and really have an impact on my adult acne on my shoulders and back. Most acne treatments are full of chemicals and are very drying to the skin. This soap is made with natural ingredients and I have not noticed any drying as a result of using it.

Works for me

Makes my face feel super clean. I can literally hear squeaking on my face as I use it. I’m 30 and have problem with breakouts and have tried a lot of different things but so far this has actually helped with clearing my face.

Titanium Dioxide Ingredient

I was going to purchase this product until I read in the ingredients list that it contains titanium dioxide.Titanium dioxide has also been classified as a possible human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer. There’s concern that exposure to the mineral over time, even in small amounts, can build up in the body, particularly in the kidneys, spleen and liver. Although most of the mineral is excreted in feces, there is evidence that a small percentage may remain in bodily organs. Not all Defense Soaps have titanium dioxide, so read the ingredients before buying.
