SHIPPING POLICY
At MYDFX, we’re committed to getting your order on its way as quickly as possible. Most orders include a 1 business day handling time before being dispatched from our warehouse. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Order processing times are as follows:
- Orders placed before 9:00am AEST are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 9:00am will begin processing and ship the next business day.
- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or after 9:00am AEST on a Friday will be processed the following business day.
Please consider this when placing your order. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Options
We proudly deliver throughout Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated below, and delivery times vary depending on your selected method at checkout. Supplements are typically dispatched from our Pittsburgh, USA warehouse, and Personal Care items are typically dispatched from our Brisbane, Australia warehouse.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. MYDFX is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or severe and widespread weather events. Deliveries to Western Australia, the Northern Territory, and regional areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, especially for orders placed over the weekend.

Order Changes & Cancellations
There’s only a short window to make changes or cancel an order before it ships. Contact our customer service team immediately at sales@mydfx.com.au or via our Contact form below. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be made once a shipping confirmation is sent.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your full delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable. If your parcel is returned to our warehouse, we’re happy to resend it; however, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Product Limits for Australia
In accordance with TGA regulations, you may only purchase a maximum of 3 supplements of the same SKU (no more than a 3-month supply in a single order). Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically adjusted, and any excess items will be refunded.
Customs Regulations
MYDFX respects the rules and regulations of both Australia and New Zealand’s import conditions. We would like to caution customers that there are restrictions on some substances being imported into Australia and New Zealand — check with TGA and Medsafe if you are unsure.
We are not responsible for packages that are seized or denied by customs.
Paid Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part. Please note that courier delays, public holidays, or weather disruptions are beyond our control. For more information, refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
