Great product. 3 stars because the caps were busted.

I like the product. The product works, but the shipping is always 50/50. I'm not sure why this item ships in bubble mailers without being wrapped in an extra layer of bubble wrap. I have 2 containers of quality product with no way of keeping them closed once I remove the protective seal. Luckily, I have prepared for this ridiculousness and always keep spare caps on hand from old bottles. Maybe I can find a store that sells this item locally so I can worry less about damages.

This supplement was recommended by my Doctor to see if we could raise my very low magnesium level. I am giving 5 stars because it is what it says it is, and you are forewarned on the taste before you even purchase it. It is a gagging taste, but if you really need Mag, its short lived. You must know that I have a malabsorption issue, so I didn't have much hope. However, I saw a rise in my levels of .1 - this is a low amount, but given my issues it did have an affect. To anyone needing to raise their Mag levels I also suggest Magnesium spray, as your body absorbs the Mag more effectively than if it is digested. Unfortunately the next step for my is Magnesium infusions. If you are healthy and looking for some extra Mag, then this is the product you should try. Magnesium is the most essential mineral our bodies need to survive.

Very strong taste

The very strong taste is almost unbearable. It is like drinking epsom salts. However, I do not mind the taste if I know for sure that the product is effective. I was taking this Liquid Magnesium in the stated dosage, in water, for a couple weeks. However, since I developed a sore in my mouth, I stopped and started using the Liposomal Magnesium which is more tolerant to the taste buds.I am not sure that it is effective. I took it because of health issues; gallstone, cysts in the ovaries and fibroids. I will have to update eventually once life permits, whenever I resume drinking the Liquid Magnesium. I am hoping that it can help shrink my health conditions.
