I like that these softgel pills are so easy to swallow and have no flavor or any aftertaste. I take them as part of my rotation of health supplements, I might look more into this brand since this pills are made with natural ingredients (coconut oil), it might be a healthier alternative.
Great product wonderful as most are vitamin D deficient these days.
I had the subscription. This item worked great for over a year, then the last few bottles arrived with caplets stuck together in a single blob. I also noticed it lost its effectiveness on my ankles. I suspect that either the formula changed or they were stored improperly which caused them to lose effectiveness. Was a great product but since the last few bottles were single globs, I canceled my subscription.
