Double Wood - Tiger Milk Mushroom Supplement

Got this to help boost my immune system because of my job having me be around multiple people daily, and you can never be sure who has something you might catch and after taking it for around a month I could definitely tell that it helped because I didn't seem to catch any colds or anything else while my coworkers and those around me were getting sick. The capsules were easy to take with no weird smell or aftertaste like you would get with some supplements, and the price you pay for what you get is good as well.

Neither good nor bad. I Cant really say I notice a difference but it's my first time trying it. and with most supplements or even medications it takes a while for the compound to accumulate or build up in your system for any noticeable benefits. I may try it for another month to see but I'm not so sure. That being said purchase at you r own risk. As stated, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it but each individual will have to determine on their own.
