Pterostilbene is a methylated stilbene molecule that is very similar in structure and effects to resveratrol, but is much more well absorbed when taken orally and has more potent antioxidant benefits.

Suggested Use
Commonly recommended dosages of Pterostilbene vary between 100 – 200 mg per day, and dosages of 250 mg per day have been found to cause no signs of toxicity and no significant adverse side effects. Pterostilbene is fat soluble and best taken with food.
Doses as high as 3000 mg per day have failed to show signs of toxicity in animal models, but due to a lack of research at high doses in humans it is not recommended to exceed 600 mg per day.
