Luteolin is a citrus bioflavonoid compound which is commonly found in a variety of edible plants including citrus fruits, broccoli, carrots, celery, and pepper as well as some herbs. Luteolin is one compound believed to provide some of the health benefits of the edible vegetables it is found in. Luteolin in supplements is extracted from a variety of plants and is purified and concentrated to provide more powerful benefits.
Our Luteolin is extracted from spohora japonica and is standardized to 98% Luteolin to provide a clean and effective supplement.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for immune health or cognitive health, take 2 capsules per day (100 mg) with a meal. While a higher dosage can be taken safely we don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules (200 mg) per day.
