Important Notice: Temporary Shipping Delays

We would like to inform our customers of potential delivery delays affecting some APG orders.

Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, global air freight operations are currently experiencing disruption. Airlines and logistics providers are dynamically reassigning aircraft, equipment, and cargo capacity across multiple regions, resulting in reduced availability on certain international routes.

As a result, some shipments—particularly those to Australia and New Zealand—may experience extended transit times. While parcels are continuing to move through the network, delivery timeframes may be longer than usual depending on destination and available air freight capacity.

Please be assured that all APG orders are being processed and dispatched from our warehouse as quickly as possible. However, once shipments leave our facility and enter courier and airline networks, delivery times may be impacted by these broader transportation constraints.

We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are working with our logistics partners to minimise disruption wherever possible. As global air freight capacity adjusts, delivery timeframes are expected to gradually stabilise.
