Spring has sprung! And summer is just around the corner, meaning it’s the perfect time to hit refresh on your wellness routine. We’ve come up with a few tips on simplifying and reviving your workout gear, your pantry and your mind.
Your Workout Gear
While your workout gear gets a lot of love with usage, it doesn’t always get the attention it needs in the cleaning department. We love to make refreshing your equipment simple, which is why we made the SR® Trimmer Cleaning Spray. All you need to do is give it a good shake and spray generously across the inside of your Trimmer or your Yoga Mat. Let sit for 5 minutes and wipe clean with a towel and set out to dry.
- If you don’t have our spray, you can wash the trimmer in warm water with light detergent or machine wash in a mesh carry bag. Make sure to wash cold on gentle cycle in front load washer only. Hang dry always, do not tumble dry.
- *Do not use any type of conditioner or fabric softener as it will take away from the velcro.

Your Pantry
Take a good hard look at your pantry and/or fridge and ask yourself these questions:
- Do these items fuel me?
- Are these items supporting my health?
- Have I consistently used these items in the past year?

Your mental health is equally as important as your physical health. As the sun begins to peek out this season, take a moment to clear your mind.
