Ingredients

2 cups Spinach

1 Banana

1/2 Avocado

5 Mint Leaves

1 tbl Ginger

1 cup Almond Milk

12 drops of ParaGuard

2 tsp Hemp Seeds

2 tsp Chia Seeds

4 Ice Cubes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender. 

2. Pour into your favourite cup/mason jar/bottle

3. Enjoy!
