Suggested Use
Mix about 1 scoop of pre-workout powder in a minimum of 8 oz of cold water and mix for 30 seconds or until fully dissolved. For optimal results, take 15-30 minutes before workout. Scoop included for your convenience. Please dig around for scoop if you cannot locate it immediately.
